CTC Group is primarily an engineering and consulting firm that has built its services around the philosophy that a building’s infrastructure is the lifeblood in which it relies on Availability, Reliability, and Scalability. The team comprises of talented professionals with vast experience in the field of construction, Interiors, and Architecture. The firm is well recognized as a dynamic and highly capable leader in the delivery of Planning, Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, and Project Management Services. Our reputation continues as one of the most respected and reliable firms today gained through its total and consistent commitment to quality and client service.
Mr. Arvind Mahajan, an Electrical Engineer from YMCA Faridabad, started Contracting and Trading Corporation in the year 1985 and took contracting jobs of:
Interiors / Electrical Works / Civil Works / Air-conditioning
In the year 1995, he formed CTC Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and worked for major IT and Software companies like CMC Limited, IBM Global Services, IOCL, RBI, Airport Authority of India, and many other corporate houses.
With his vast exposure and experience in the field of Electrical and civil works, he formed CTC Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2003 and initiated the work of colonizing for Residential and Industrial projects.
CTC offered complete infrastructure solution on a turnkey basis to Network Programs India Pvt. Ltd. formerly owned by American INC (Alpine Group, USA) subsequently taken over by Shobhna Bhartia.
Major projects undertaken by the CTC Group are for IOCL, IIPM, RDSO, Customs – Import & Export Cargo (Airport Authority of India), IIT Delhi, and over 2,00,000 sq. ft area has been developed in the form prestigious residential and industrial buildings in the well-renounced areas of Noida and South Delhi – Vasant Vihar, G.K. – I, G. K. – II, Friends Colony, CR Park, Panchsheel Enclave, Saket, Navjeevan Vihar, and Safdarjung Enclave, etc…

There are a lot of firms providing the same kind of services, but only very few of them are able to tackle issues or problems (if any) professionally after the project handover. We here at CTC Group provide one year warranty against all the functionalities in the project.
