Mr. Arvind Mahajan, an Electrical Engineer from YMCA Faridabad, started Contracting and Trading Corporation in the year 1985 and took contracting jobs of:
 
In the year 1995 he formed CTC Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and worked for major IT and Software companies like CMC Limited, IBM Global Services, IOCL, RBI, Airport Authority of India and many other corporate houses.
With his vast exposure and experience in the field of Electrical and civil works, he formed CTC Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2003 and initiated the work of colonizing for Residential and Industrial projects.

CTC offered complete infrastructure solution on turnkey basis to Network Programs India Pvt. Ltd. formerly owned by American INC (Alpine Group, USA) subsequently taken over by Shobhna Bhartia.

Major projects undertaken by CTC group are for IOCL, IIPM, RDSO, Customs – Import & Export Cargo (Airport Authority of India), IIT Delhi and  over 2,00,000 sq. ft area has been developed in the form prestigious residential and industril buildings in the well renounced areas of Noida and South Delhi – Vasant Vihar, G.K. – I, G. K. – II,  Friends Colony, CR Park, Panchsheel Enclave, Saket, Navjeevan Vihar and Safdarjung Enclave etc…
